These terms set out the basis on which Tiny Wall Prints makes its website and products available to you. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of the same agreement.

Placing an order

When you submit an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only once we send you a confirmation and begin production. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be produced or if we spot an obvious error in a listing.

Made-to-order products

Our prints are produced individually after you order, rather than taken from existing stock. Because each piece is made specifically for you, small, natural variations in colour and finish can occur between screens, batches and materials, and are a normal part of a printed product.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes indicated there. We may change prices, adjust the range or retire a design at any time, though changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. If a pricing error is clear and significant, we will contact you before proceeding rather than treat the wrong price as binding.

Ownership of designs

All artwork, designs, text and imagery on this site belong to Tiny Wall Prints or are used with permission. Buying a print gives you the physical item for personal, domestic use. It does not transfer any rights in the design itself. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our artwork for commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or misuse any content you find here.

Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to fulfil orders properly. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
